*Ice-making time varies with water and ambient temperature. MU20 makes one sphere and one cube per cycle. SP10 makes two spheres per cycle. MU25 uses separate bullet and sphere modes.

Does SP10 also make cubes or nugget ice?

No. SP10 is the dedicated sphere model in this comparison. It makes two 60mm spheres per cycle. MU20 combines spheres and cubes; NU30 and NU60 make nugget ice.

How long do two spheres take?

The specified cycle is 35–45 minutes. Actual time can change with water temperature, room conditions and use, so start production before you plan to serve.

Will the sphere fit every glass?

No. Its diameter is 60mm. Check the opening and inner shape of the glass, particularly tapered glasses and narrow tumblers.

Do I have to connect a water line?

No. You can manually fill the 1.5L built-in tank. A supported external water connection is also available when installed according to the manual.

How should I clean it?

Use the cleaning program and maintain the basket, tongs and water path as directed. Drain and descale when needed; the cycle does not remove every maintenance task.
