*Ice-making time varies with water and ambient temperature. MU20 makes one sphere and one cube per cycle. SP10 makes two spheres per cycle. MU25 uses separate bullet and sphere modes.

Does MU20 make two spheres at a time?

No. MU20 produces one 60mm sphere and one 50 × 50mm cube in the same cycle. Choose SP10 if you want the dedicated two-sphere format.

Can I choose to make only one shape?

MU20 is specified for simultaneous sphere-and-cube output. It does not confirm a separate sphere-only or cube-only mode, so that capability is not promised here.

How soon can I serve the ice?

The specified cycle is 35–45 minutes. Start production ahead of serving; the 4–5kg daily figure is output across 24 hours rather than ice immediately available.

Is a plumbed water connection required?

No. Manual filling of the 1.5L tank is supported. You may instead use the external water connection if the installation meets the manual’s requirements.
